Not a features tour - the four stages between Glenn deciding to build a business and that business running without him at a desk.
01
The starting point
A builder with the skills - and none of the systems
Glenn had the trade experience and the ambition, but no business infrastructure behind him: no website, no brand presence, no way to capture an enquiry, no pipeline. Every builder knows this gap - the work you can do and the business that can win it are two different things, and building the second one usually takes years and a payroll.
02
The build
RoboCRM built the business layer
Coastal Luxe Building launched on RoboCRM. The platform generated and hosts his website - so those that fish can see what the CRM has done for him - and every enquiry from that site lands directly in his pipeline with the context attached. Quoting, follow-ups and job progression run through the same system. One platform, standing where an office manager, a web agency and a sales tracker would normally have to be.
03
The edge
The agent invented his signature offer
This is the part nobody expects: the recurring property care plan that now defines Coastal Luxe wasn't Glenn's idea, and it wasn't ours. RoboCRM's agent, working through his business, proposed it - scheduled maintenance and upkeep for property owners, sold as an ongoing plan and managed through the CRM. It turns one-off building jobs into recurring relationships, and it's become the offer that sets Coastal Luxe apart the moment Glenn walks into a property.
04
Today
A building business, up and running
Coastal Luxe Building operates as an established business: a professional web presence selling while Glenn is on the tools, enquiries captured and worked automatically, and a care-plan book that compounds. The distance from a standing start to this - normally measured in years - was measured in the time it took to set up the platform.
